We make it with organic ingredients: fresh pasteurized Payoya goat milk and lactic ferments.
It is our raw material in its purest state. It has a mild flavor and a texture that is between cream and curd, a hallmark of our yogurt.
We don't sweeten it so that it is suitable for all audiences. At home, everyone can pair it however they prefer... with honey, jam, fruit, chocolate drops, nuts... unleash your imagination!
However, if you prefer us to surprise you, we also sell them combined with our favorite artisanal jams from our friends at La Molienda.
