We will share our family recipe for fresh cheese with you. At the end of the morning, you will mold your own cheese. A piece full of tradition that will become an edible souvenir to take home with you.
While we mix the ingredients and magic happens, we will tell you stories about our mountains and how our family came to these lands almost 100 years ago.
Then comes the eagerly awaited moment to get up close with our beloved Payoya goats, and if you dare, try your hand at traditional milking before they go out to graze, not to return until the next morning.
Then, hands-on: create your own cheese with your personal touch that will make you a cheese artisan. While it sets, enjoy a short video that reveals the secrets of our cheese factory.
For the grand finale, we reserve a tasting of our cheeses, engaging all five senses and washing it down with a good local wine that highlights their essence.
And if you want to take a bit of Crestellina home with you, our shop awaits, full of selected local products made with the same love and care that we put into each of our cheeses.
